01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing port07.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the port07 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and port07.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on port07. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason for their creation — are not permitted. If port07 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify port07 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• port07 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if there is an error in your registered name.

port07 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits and Payments

port07 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods as listed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered port07 player — are not accepted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. port07 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are typically credited to your port07 account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• port07 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Deposited funds are held in your port07 account balance and are available for wagering immediately upon credit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on port07 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If that is not possible, port07 will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, port07 may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Players who have not yet completed verification may be asked to submit documents before their first withdrawal is approved.

11 Account Termination

port07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
